Write to us and a person reads it. Please say which game you are using and, if something went wrong, what you were doing when it did.
Open the game, go to the Store, and tap Restore purchases. Your purchase is tied to your Apple ID, not to the app, so it comes back without any sign-up, password, or email. This is what to do after reinstalling the app or moving to a new device.
It will not restore if you are signed in with a different Apple ID than the one you bought with, or if you have moved between iPhone and Android — those are separate stores with separate purchases.
Coins are a consumable purchase, and consumables cannot be restored by any app — that is how the App Store works, not a choice we made. Unlimited Hints is a permanent unlock precisely because it does survive a reinstall.
You start with 10, and solving the daily challenge earns one more every day. Coins are only ever spent on help — every puzzle in the game can be solved by thinking, with no coins at all.
No interruptions, no banners, and no ads between puzzles. Nothing takes over your screen and nothing stops the audio you are listening to.
Delete the app. Everything the game stores — your progress, statistics, settings and coin balance — lives only on your device, and goes with it. There is no account to close and no server holding a copy.
